Oxford University report: How to prep for cyber-attacks

Oxford University\'s Ian Brown discusses his report on the dim prospects of a cyber war.

A new report on cybersecurity found that an actual cyber war is highly unlikely. Therefore, countermeasures against cyber war are mostly a waste of money.

Ian Brown, a senior research fellow at Oxford University, was one of the report’s authors. He told the DorobekINSIDER that governments and their agencies need to take a calm, disciplined approach to cyber-threats, rather than be scared by stories of cyber war.
