NARA ends development of ERA project

WFED\'s Jason Miller gives an update on NARA\'s cancellation of the contract for the electronic records archive.

The National Archives and Records Administration is ending the development phase of its contract to develop its Electronic Records Archive, or ERA, system.

The decisions comes after a TechStat session led by Vivek Kundra, the federal CIO, found significant shortcomings in the system’s development.
