We probably don’t have to tell you everybody is multi-tasking these days. But, a recent University study shows that none of us are likely very good at multi-tasking.

Furthermore, the Stanford study shows that a rigorous schedule of switching between tasks can cause us to lose our ability to remember things, and probably are not doing any of the tasks we’re taking on very well.

We talked about the study with one of its authors, Stanford University researcher Eyal Ophir.
