Alaskan Native Corporations have been accused of exploiting a loophole at the expense of taxpayers — and scoring billions of dollars for themselves.

The firms were created to give economic benefits to native populations in Alaska.

Various government reports have revealed that the ANC’s can get contracts of ANY size from a federal agency as part of a Small Business Administration program for minority and disadvantaged small businesses.
