Jon Dittmer, vice president and general manager of the defense sector for Array Information Technology, joins Industry Chatter to discuss the contracting landscape faced by small-business contractors.

From his official bio:

Jon joined ARRAY in April 2010 as Vice President and is responsible for leading the Defense Application Services team. Jon is a proven defense information technology executive who brings more than 25 years of information technology acquisition and management experience. He is highly adept at driving increased capability and mission success for major Defense programs.

Background: Prior to joining ARRAY, Jon held leadership positions within the US Air Force and the Oracle Corporation. For the USAF, Jon’s assignments included managing the Defense Message System – Air Force, leading the Electronic System Center’s Commanders Action Group, managing the Standard Base Supply System operations, and directing the Integrated Logistics System – Supply modernization. At Oracle, Jon managed Oracle’s many initiatives across the USAF, including the capture of the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) and the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) implementations of Oracle’s E-Business Suite.
