Francis Rose talks with David Kahn, Chief Executive Officer at Covia Labs in this week’s Industry Chatter. Kahn says he first realized there was a problem when he noticed public safety officers using walkie-talkies while responding to an emergency because their radios were not on the same frequency and used differing protocol.
