For the past 2 years, Bryan Dixon has served as the USDA Data Center Consolidation Program Lead. Prior to that, he was the Acting CIO of the Foreign Agriculture Service to implement IT streamlining measures. The bulk of his approximately 30 years of federal service were spent supporting the IT services for USDA staff offices . He has a unique perspective having lived the challenges of consolidation from both customer and program sides of initiative.
