The Air Force says it won't fully recover from its readiness shortfalls for another decade.
Air Force officials say it’ll be the year 2023 before the service fully recovers from serious degradations in combat readiness. The Air Force isn’t blaming the entire problem on sequestration, but it certainly doesn’t help matters.
