The crowdsourced elements will help build community support and alliances with non profits, universities, and other groups. Alan Silberberg is the founder of Silberberg Innovations, the organization helping the government of Mozambique make this happen. He tells Federal News Radio that this is the first wave of proactive social media use by a developing nation.
