The Department of Veterans Affairs is streamlining access points for VA beneficiaries, cutting costs per person and delivering better care to more veterans.

Todd Grams, acting Assistant Secretary for Management and Chief Financial Officer at the VA, is the leader behind all of this work. Grams is also a Service to America Medal Finalist in the Managing Excellence category.
