Pakistani flood aid efforts increase

USAID is the leading aid-giver

The federal government is mounting an around-the-clock response to help people affected by catastrophic floods in Pakistan. More than 1,000 people have died and millions are without shelter, food and clean water. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is one of several American agencies providing aid. Mark Ward leads USAID’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, and joins the Federal Drive with an update.
