Tax delinquents win stimulus contracts

Contractors who received stimulus funds owe over $700 million dollars in back taxes, according to a new report from the Government Accountability Office. Some senators are now calling for a hearing on the report’s findings. Bernie Becker, staff writer for The Hill newspaper, joins us with details on the report and Congress’s reaction to it.
