HUD cuts improper payments down to 3 percent

The pressure’s on for your agency to cut improper payments. Inspectors General are driving some of the success stories. One of those is at Housing and Urban Development. They’ve gone from about 20 per cent of all their money being paid improperly, to about 3 per cent. Ken Donohue is a principal at the Reznick Group, and former Inspector General at HUD.
