The General Services Administration is building a business case for an integrated, governmentwide multiple award contract. It hopes OASIS will help agencies acquire complex combinations of services that are hard to get through other means. Eventually it will be worth up to $48 billion.

Steve Kempf, commissioner of federal acquisition service at GSA, is presenting at the Acquisition Excellence conference today.

He joined The Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Emily Kopp from the conference floor before his speech.
