It reads, “The Secretary has expressed serious concern about the flooding in Thailand on several occasions during his current visit to the Asia-Pacific region. He offers his deepest condolences to all those who have suffered as a result. The Secretary is closely monitoring the situation and applauds the Thai government’s quick response to this major natural disaster.”
