Sean Vitka, Federal Policy Manager, Sunlight Foundation

The House Judiciary Committee passed an updated USA Freedom Act a few weeks ago. Many see the surveillance bill as a compromise that gives a little to each side, including limiting the use of Section 215 of the Patriot Act. He joined Tom Temin on the Federal Drive to explain what else is in the bill, and what it could all mean.
