The new Federal Health IT Strategic Plan 2015-2020 lays out five goals for collecting, using, and disseminating interoperable information. 35 agencies contributed to the plan. ATF CIO says technology refresh will push mobile

In a technology overhaul that will replace hardware as old as five years, Rick Holgate, CIO at the Bureau for Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said the agency will move towards mobiles devices, including tablets.
