White House IT budget request lower in 2011

The administration proposes to decrease the governmentwide technology budget by 1.6 percent over the 2010 enacted funding. USCG's Adm. Thad Allen begins long farewell

Sometime around the end of May, Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Thad Allen will hand over the reins of the service to his successor.
