Man thrown off parking garage after being robbed

A 29-year-old man told Montgomery County Police that two men attacked in the parking lot of the J.C. Penney located in the 11030 block of Viers Mill Road. The men dragged the victim to the fifth floor of the Metro parking garage, robbed of his wallet and cash, and then forced him over the edge of the garage.
