Architect notes small, big steps to a greener U.S. Capitol

This week, architects, builders, and vendors who sell construction services and supplies to the Federal Government and the private sector are meeting at the Washington Convention Center for "EcoBuild America". The conference focuses on the cutting edge of smart, sustainable high-performance green buildings. Yesterday, the conference heard from a high-profile government architect who manages one of the most famous office buildings in Washington.
