Mumar Ghadaffi had avoided the U.N. for 40 years, but yesterday he came with a few things to say especially to the Security Council. He said, the "the Security Council is security feudalism, political feudalism for those who have a permanent seat protected and they that use it against us. It should not be called the Security Council. It should be called the terror council." The reference to terrorism raised a lot of eyebrows considering his history and involvement with terrorism.
