Models help PETA spice up lunch on Capitol Hill

With the help of men's magazine model Vida Guerra, PETA celebrated National Veggie Dog Day by handing out lunch-time veggie chili-dogs to a long line of onlookers outside the Rayburn House Office Building Wednesday.
