Archivist details challenges of massive declassification job
Declassifying 400 million classified documents. That is the task at hand for the newly created National Declassification Center at the National Archives. An archivist whose job just became part of the National Declassification uses recently declassified documents from the early days of the Cold War confrontation over West and East Berlin in a lecture on the challenges of making public that which has been secret for so many years.
