Gen. Alexander: DoD networks 'not defensible'

Intelligence agencies to squeeze savings from IT, contractors
After a decade of uninterrupted spending growth, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has submitted budget cutting plans for intelligence agencies to the White House.
