Bible Verses Prohibited

A defense contractor is going to voluntarily stop stamping references to Bible verses on combat rifle sights made for the U.S. military. The inscriptions are on telescoping sights that use radioactivity to create light and help shooters pinpoint the enemy day or night. They reference Scriptures in which Jesus calls himself "the light of the world" They raised concerns because the government prohibits proselytizing by American troops in predominantly Muslim countries. Trijicon says it will end the practice and provide the military with free modification kits to remove Bible citations from the 300,000 rifle sights already in use.
