Public forum to be held Mon. on I-66 gridlock
State and county officials will be listening closely Monday night to get some new ideas from people who drive I-66 every day. The floor will be open to the public at 7 p.m. at the Fairfax Government Center.

HOV exemption extended for 'clean fuel' hybrids
Drivers with a "clean fuel" license plate are getting the green light to drive solo in some HOV lanes for an additional year.
