Pentagon makes one more plea for a resolution to sequestration. A regular budget, an annual authorization bill and a resolution to the fight over cybersecurity laws would be helpful as well.

DoD wants to standardize cyber language

The Pentagon is trying to standardize language and terms about cyberspace operations. The assistant deputy for cyber policy said even the term "cyber" has various meanings within DoD.
