Transition from FTS 2001 to Networx has some scrambling

May 11, 2010 — The transition from GSA’s FTS 2001 to the Networx vehicle has many government agencies scrambling to meet deadlines.

The transition process inherently has many moving parts and success requires simultaneously ramping up new Networx services, while ramping down legacy services, all the while maintaining an accurate inventory throughout the transition lifecycle to continuously ensure billing accuracy.

TurningPoint will discuss how agencies can dynamically and proactively manage and optimize changing network assets, provision new services through process automation, eliminate unnecessary services, and reconcile and verify telecommunications bills.
