Cloud computing is now a very familiar topic for nearly all agency technology managers. But what about agency human resources officials?

Patricia Sigmon, founder and president of technology firm LPS Consulting, joined In Depth with Francis Rose for a discussion of hiring cloud-thinking professionals.

Sigmon tackled the same topic in a guest post on the Daily HR Solutions website.

“In organizations of the future, every employee will have extensive knowledge and facility with cloud-based technology. Your organization is in danger of being left behind if you don’t acquire — or train — cloud thinkers,” she wrote.

Sigmon cited online banking experience as one indicator of cloud-savviness in new hires.
