Section 508 is just one provision of the Rehabilitation Act and it says that federal agencies have to make technology accessible to people with disabilities.

It means that government Web sites have to be able to be used by screen readers for blind people, but it also means that the technologies you use in your office have to be accessible to people with disabilities.

On Monday and Tuesday, the IDEAS Conference will take place here in Washington that focuses on those technologies.
