Polls report that nearly two-thirds of Americans say President Obama has accomplished a great deal in his first 100 days in office.

Since Barack Obama has taken office, he has overseen a $787 billion economic stimulus package, he has announced plans to trim $100 million from federal programs, and he promises procurement reform.

We talk with Professor Jeremy Mayer, associate professor and director of the master's program in public policy at George Mason University.
