On this week’s Your Turn radio show, Greg Stanford, director of government affairs for the Federal Managers Association, joins host Mike Causey to discuss the issues most important to his organization, including changes that will make it easier to fire poor-performing senior executives at the Department of Veterans Affairs and implications it may have on other agencies; as well as the latest on sequestration and the possibility of another government shutdown.

In the second half of the show, Federal Times’ Reporter Andy Medici discusses federal pay raises, the future of postal reform legislation and what’s happening with the IRS budget.
