The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recently released its outlook for the upcoming hurricane season. A lot of work and computing power goes into creating it. Dr. Gerry Bell, the lead seasonal hurricane forecaster at NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center, gives us an inside peek.
