The major credit bureau Experian has sold sensitive consumer data to an identity theft service. That’s according to a lengthy investigation by security reporter Brian Krebs. Members of a Vietnamese identity theft group posed as a US private investigator. They tricked Experian into selling them social security numbers, birthdays and financial information on millions of Americans.
