House Small Biz Committee taking on contracting reform

Suppose the small business contracting target for federal agency procurement rose from 23 percent per year, to 25 percent. It would mean another $11 billion into the coffers of the nation’s small and disadvantaged businesses. That’s exactly what the Government Efficiency Through Small Business Contracting act aims to do.
