Army Corps of Engineers awards contract for James River dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a three-year, $12 million contract to Cottrell Contracting Corp. of Chesapeake. The contract calls for dredging and removal of shoals from 90 miles of the James River in Virginia.
