The National Defense University is helping federal agencies beef up their workforce skills during tough budget times.
NDU's iCollege has launched a new masters degree program for c-level executives.
Bob Childs leads the iCollege as chancellor.
He says the program will make an important difference for both the college and other federal agencies.
