The Obama administration has implemented a cloud first policy for IT, asking agencies to reevaluate their technology budgets to make cloud computing a priority.
But there's a problem - no universal standard for cloud computing. The Cloud Security Alliance has stepped in with the launch of a Cloud Control Matrix. Marlin Pohlman, the global research director at the Cloud Security Alliance and chief governance officer at EMC, explains how the matrix works.
