Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) has just been named as the ranking minority member on a new House Oversight subcommittee overseeing those issues.
It will cover a broad range of areas -- everything from cyber-security to information sharing.
The Congressman talked with the DorobekINSIDER about the process - and about the issues involved.
