D.C. arrests may be tied to Mexican cartels

Homeland Security Today\'s David Silverberg discussed the recent arrests in Washington, D.C., that may be tied to the Mexican drug trade.

Homeland Security Today Editor David Silverberg said a lot of people still think of Mexican drug gang violence as a border problem.

So it may surprise people to find out nine suspects arrested in Washington D.C. last week. They were charged with running a large drug distribution ring.

Silverberg said those arrested are alleged to be members of a very peculiar Mexican cartel.
