Case in point: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. His servers and "insurance" file, with its advanced encryption, are quarries even beyond the power of the United States.
Politico reports that Assange's strategy of disbursing his servers have effectively checkmated the U.S. military and intelligence communities.
