Breakthrough in Stuxnet worm dilemma

Dutch experts discovered the worm requires the industrial control system from at least one of two specific vendors -- one stationed in Finland the other in Tehran, Iran.
Symantec reports the Dutch experts have found the purpose of the Stuxnet code: The worm is able to manipulate the industrial control system frequencies to hijack codes and modify their behavior.
