An American named David Hartley has allegedly been shot and killed by Mexican pirates while he was jet-skiing with his wife.
Homeland Security Today Editor David Silverberg told the DorobekINSIDER that the incident is yet another sign that the Mexican drug cartels are getting more desperate.
