Those warnings for Americans traveling in Europe, analysts say that we probably won't see another attack like 9/11. Terrorists are learning to plan their attacks differently.
In our weekly visit with Homeland Security Today editor David Silverberg, he said that this alert from the State department is a rare occurrence. It's rare, in part he says, because it's so broad.
