Does e-government increase trust in government?

Maybe not. That's the conclusion of one study from South Korea, where the government has been a leader in e-government development.
Despite the Korean government's rapid online presence, "a limited number" of citizens are actually using government websites, according to the report.
Two of the report's authors -- Tobin Im, a professor at Seoul National University, and Greg Porumbescu, a student of Professor Im's -- joined DorobekINSIDER to discuss their findings.
