BP is back in the headlines and facing harsh allegations from Congress about their use of chemical dispersants in the Gulf.
Rep. Ed Markey (D-Ma.) says BP has "carpet bombed" the gulf region with chemical dispersants leading to problems with marine life.
CNN's Brian Todd has been following this story for us, and says this is the last thing BP needed.
