First feds graduate from OPM leadership program
WFED\'s Max Cacas reports.
OPM’s Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Certificate program recently turned three.
It’s designed to recognize the developmental efforts of government employees by providing official recognition of achievement at a given level of leadership.
Today, the program held graudation ceremonies for its very first graduating class.
