Two democrats are alleging BP took shortcuts which led to the pipe bursting on the oil rig in the Gulf.

Whether BP took shortcuts or not has not been determined. But one thing is for sure, the public wants someone to take the blame for the spill.

The Minerals Management Service has become the main target for criticism in the federal government. But is that really fair?
