Federal pay raises safe … for now

Last week, we told you about separate amendments in the Senate and House that both aimed at freezing federal pay.
Senior Correspondent Mike Causey has been telling you that they both failed.
So, is that the end of it? Are federal employees’ pay raises safe?
Causey says, if he had to bet, he would say yes — but you never know.
