Education CIO takes active approach to cybersecurity

Education Department secretary Arne Duncan is taking a more active role than any previous secretary in how the agency protects its computer network.

So much so in fact that Danny Harris, the Education Department chief information officer, regularly meets with Duncan and other senior leaders about the progress the agency is making to improve its cybersecurity.

Jason Miller finds out from Harris how he plans on enhancing the protection of Education’s systems and data.
